The AVP Family of FastTrak Funds include a series of $1M+ annual investment funds focused on early-stage companies that have successfully completed the Keiretsu Forum's rigorous due diligence process.

The Funds are an excellent tool for new angel investors looking to quickly diversify their portfolio with the best deal flow across silos and geography.  Unlike most venture funds, the annual AVP FastTrak Fund’s goals are to invest 100% of committed capital in the year that the Fund is created.  The AVP 2020 Fund made 10 strategic $100,000 investments, the AVP 2021 Fund made 10 similar investments plus a larger investment in the Keiretsu Capital Blockchain Fund of Funds.  The AVP 2022 FastTrak Fund wrapped up its investments at the end of Q1 2023 and extended our reach into a new Blockchain opportunity along with 10 strategic and diversified portfolio company investments,  The AVP 2023 FastTrak Fund opened in April 2023 and is currently reviewing a strong backlog of companies.  Our strong reputation allows the AVP family of funds the opportunity to participate in investments where the ask is as high as $1 million per investor!

The AVP Fund also works with portfolio companies to establish and manage Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) when the company needs to manage the size of their cap table while still offering investments to accredited investors who bring smaller individual investments to the table.  AVP's founder and GP, Howard Lubert, pioneered the use of Trusts as an effective tool to accommodate and manage these investments as a way to streamline investor tax accounting with no impact on the quality of the investment.

The Fund also works with universities to partner their investment knowledge with active accelerators by creating university centric investment funds that are managed by AVP in a model similar to the FastTrak funds but with active participation from the university ecosystem.
