Howard Lubert PhD
Mr. Lubert founded the AVP family of funds in 2020 as a vehicle to help active angel investors quickly diversify their portfolios. The FastTrak Funds were designed as “first money in” investments designed to kick start the funding process and take advantage of the superior ROI offered in most of the Term Sheets created as part of the due diligence done at Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic and South-East.

Howard is the co-founder and Area President of Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic, (K4-MA) and the founder of Keiretsu Forum South-East (K4-SE), the East Coast Regions of the world’s largest angel investor network. Members of the Mid-Atlantic & South-East Regions have invested just over $97m in the last 9 years. Keiretsu Forum has been recognized by Pitchbook, the HALO Report, and the ACA as the largest and most active angel network in the world, having invested more than $1 billion in 900+ companies.

Howard was instrumental in the creation of and spent 5 years as the Managing Director of the Rowan Innovation Venture Fund, a university evergreen fund created to kick start the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem at Rowan University and the South Jersey Region. Howard brought a distinguished career as serial entrepreneur, private equity and angel investor, mentor and teacher to the Rowan campus.

Howard was recently recognized for partnering Keiretsu Forum with the Dr. Edwin Cottrell Entrepreneur Leadership Center at West Chester University. This past May represented 10 years of having initiated and sponsoring the Business Idea Competition at WCU. Today he is working with the Cottrell Center to initiate a formal accelerator program and attached venture fund.
